SlashShade is a preorder. Every unit ships within 45 days of your order. You'll get tracking info the moment it leaves our fulfillment center. Shipping is free worldwide.

How big is the umbrella?

Full-size dome canopy — wide enough to cover one adult comfortably. Auto-open push-button handle. Windproof reinforced ribs. Fits in a standard backpack side pocket when closed.

Does the artwork hold up in the rain?

Yes. The stained glass panels are printed directly onto the underside of the transparent umbrella-grade plastic. Rain rolls off the outer surface. The artwork stays sealed underneath — it can't smudge, peel, or fade from water exposure.

What's the return policy?

Refunds are available if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Item must be in original packaging, unused. This covers damage on arrival, defects, or the wrong item. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted. Refunds process to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
